Merchant Yachting has established itself as a specialist in providing top quality corporate yachting and team building events.  We cater for everything from small groups for just one day, to full-scale regatta management.

Using The Solent as our playground, we provide the very best boats and professionally trained mature skippers, to help ensure that whatever the type of day you want, we will exceed your expectations.

We have all been on training courses, attended presentations, stayed in great hotels during conferences, we know the standards we have all come to expect, should this service be any different when participating in a yachting event? We think not.

We are not a small organisation working from our spare bedroom, we are a well established organisation with new offices and a dedicated team working full time on your events.

We are professional - our skippers are hand picked fully qualified professionals, who know how to give the most to your guests, and can converse with them on all levels. They have been trained to make sure every person on board gets what they want from the day, (without shouting).

And we have passion.

We will not compromise on safety - we recognise the fears that some people have of the sea and will look after these people and gently encourage them to participate. All our boats carry the latest safety and emergency distress equipment and we will never put our guests, our skippers or our boats in danger.

We are excellent at providing leadership and team building events - our clients tell us this over and over again - and by tapping into the expertise provided by Cranfield and Southampton University Management School, we can provide the very latest in management training techniques.

Our (ever growing) managed fleet of new yachts the oldest being two years old, the newest still in the factory, are presented in the highest standard, they are after all our training room, conference suite and hotel room.
